Security Deposit

This deposit secures your private office at 201 East Camperdown.

It is held for the duration of your membership and may be applied toward:

• Damages beyond normal wear and tear

• Cleaning or restoration (if needed)

• Unpaid balances

How It Works

• Paid once at the start of your membership

• Held on file during your occupancy

• Reviewed and processed after move-out

Any remaining balance may be returned after inspection of the space.

Member Responsibility

By submitting your deposit, you agree to:

• Maintain your office in clean, good condition

• Return the space to its original state upon move-out

• Cover any damages, cleaning, or unpaid fees if applicable

This deposit is subject to our Private Office Membership Agreement.
